简介：　　戴东官（欧阳震华 饰）经营着又父亲用毕生精力创建的酒楼，自称拥有“皇帝舌”的戴东官尝尽了天下的美食，用心打理酒楼的生意。一天他遇到了一个声称要为父报仇的小小（陈妙瑛 饰），小小竟然出卖东官使东官不得不逃到了北京。不久小小得知东官是无辜后，主动前往认错，两人冰释前嫌。
